Make Authentic "Nam Vang" Style Pork Noodle Soup in 60 Minutes!
This Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang dish is a staple in Vietnam cooking! Today, we're making a simple and authentic Hủ Tiếu recipe, that takes a fraction of the time to make from scratch. Made using a few simple ingredients, and Quốc Việt Foods® Pork Flavored "Hủ Tiếu" Soup Base.

Ingredients:
- 1 Jar of Cốt Hủ Tiếu® Brand - Quốc Việt Pork Flavored Soup Base (10 oz)
- 2 lbs Quốc Việt Noodles
- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 lb Pork Liver
- 1 Pork Heart
- 2 lbs Ground Pork
- 1 lb Peeled Deveined Shrimp
- 10 Quail Eggs
- 5 oz Diced Pickled Radish
- 10 oz Diced Carrot
- 5 oz Diced Salted Cabbage
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 4 oz Oil
- 1 Sliced Carrot
- 3 Celery Stalks
- 1 tsp Salt
- Ginger
- Green Onion
Instructions:
1. Boil 2 quarts of water with salt, ginger and green onion; blanch meats (pork shoulder, heart and liver) for 15 minutes
2. Sauté garlic with 2 oz oil; stir fry with carrot and salted cabbage; set aside for topping
3. Sauté 2 oz minced garlic with ground pork and 3 tsp "Hủ Tiếu" Soup Base
4. Boil and peel quail eggs; set aside
5. Clean, peel and blanch shrimp; set aside
6. In a large pot: boil 4 quarts of water with 1/2 jar "Hủ Tiếu" Soup Base
7. Add onion, sliced carrot, celery stalks to broth; bring it to a boil
8. Add blanched meats to the pot; cook for another 30 minutes
9. Adjust the broth to taste by adding additional water or "Hủ Tiếu" Soup Base
10. Place the cooked meat in an ice bath to cool
11. Slice the cooled meats and set aside
12. Brown the garlic in oil to make a garlic oil
13. Blanch Quốc Việt noodles in hot water for 2 seconds
14. To serve: place noodles in a serving bowl and toss with the garlic-oil sauté; top off with sliced meats, ground pork and vegetables
15. Add shrimp and quail eggs
16. Pour boiling broth over the noodles
17. Enjoy!
