Make Authentic Wonton Noodle Soup in 60 Minutes!
( Hủ Tiếu Hoành Thánh)
Nothing beats a bowl of homemade Wonton Noodle Soup, also known in Vietnamese as Hủ Tiếu Hoành Thánh! Today, we're making a simple and authentic recipe that takes a fraction of the time. Made using our secret ingredient: Quốc Việt Foods® Brand Wonton Soup Base. Save time, without ever compromising on flavor and quality.

Ingredients:
- 1 Jar of Cốt Hoành Thánh® Brand - Quốc Việt Soup Base (10 oz)
- 1 lb Diced Pork Fat (to make crispy fried pork greave)
- 2 lbs Ground Pork
- 1 lb Minced Shrimp
- 30 Wonton Wrappers
- 3 tsp Minced Shallots, Scallions and Cilantro
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic and Minced Ginger
- Dash of Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 10 Pieces Dehydrated Shiitake Mushroom
- 1 lb each: Diced Carrots and Daikon Radish
- 1 Whole Onion
- 10 Stems of Mustard Green
- 4 oz Oil
- 2 lbs Quốc Việt "Hủ Tiếu" Noodles
Instructions:
1. Wonton Filling: combine shrimp, pork, scallions, onion, garlic, ginger, and pepper with 1 tbsp of Quốc Việt Wonton Soup Base; mix well until all combined
2. Follow the video: fill the wonton wrappers with filling and fold
3. Boil 1 gallon of water with 1/2 jar (5-oz) Quốc Việt Wonton soup base
4. Add whole onion, daikon, carrot, washed shiitake mushrooms in the pot and let simmer
5. Adjust broth to taste by adding wonton soup base or water
6. Fry the pork fat to make crispy fried pork greaves
7. Using another saucepan: add water, salt and oil to blanch mustard green
8. Boil water in a separate pot to cook wontons
9. Blanch the egg noodles
10. To serve: place noodles in a bowl; top off with wontons, green mustard and pork greaves
11. Pour boiling broth with all vegetables over the noodles
12. Garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions
13. Enjoy!
